General Description:

Summer 2005, Keyspace where contracted to remove a 38 Bay Modular Building from The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, London.

The McCardle Group Ltd acquired the majority of these modules from us, for their new head office. Keyspace were contracted to relocate the modules to the new site, design & re-construct a two storey building with a completely new look.

The building was remodelled to incorporate a new roof structure along with brick clad exterior, new windows and entrance canopy. New partitioning internally was carried out, along with all electrical rewiring and mechanical works.
