General Description:

Our client had a requirement for a "Drop-In" centre and contacted Keyspace after receiving a mail shot letter. From our stock of pre-used modular buildings, we were able to offer our client a two year old medical centre, ideal for Solihull Care Trust.

The brief from the client was to have the building operational for the 1st April 2009. From a green field site to hand-over of the building was 9 weeks. This we completed in time and on budget!

Once the modular building was installed on site, a brick skin and a pitched roof was completed to blend the building in with its surroundings.

Our client Solihull Care Trust and Solihull Hospital Facilities Management were able to continue with "business as usual" throughout the project, and have already confirmed their willingness to offer a reference for other projects of a similar nature.
