We take this opportunity to introduce you to Keyspace Hire Limited, and the services that we offer. Keyspace was established in 1987 by Dennis Waller and the company has been manufacturing and supplying new and renovated relocatable buildings nationwide ever since.

ACTIVITIES

The basic activities of the Company are designing, manufacturing, refurbishing and supplying of Portable and Modular Building Systems throughout the UK – Sale or Hire.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Here at Keyspace Hire Ltd we take Health & Safety very seriously and we will install all modular and portable buildings in accordance with all Health & Safety requirements.
We ensure that all our installation/site teams are qualified with CSCS accreditation and supervisors are NEBOSH certified.

Each project we undertake will have the following documents prepared when installation is required on site:

1. Method Statement - clear and informative details of the method of installation.
2. Risk Assessment, outlining any risks identified with the project.
3. Crane Lifting Assessment (if necessary)
4. Programme of Works
5. Contact details of all personnel involved in the operation.
